  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    1. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Wingpay and SOHO Club Mastercard.

 

  1. Exchange/Refund Policy
    1. All items can be exchanged at SOHO Mall Headquarters within 3 days. SOHO Mall Headquarters address is Room 211, Block A, Phnom Penh Center, Sothearos Blvd, Phnom Penh. Our business hours are from 9am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays, and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
    2. In the event the product you ordered is damaged and refund of payment is required, payment will be made to you in original payment method. All returned items must be attached with all original tags and labels.

 

  1. Shipping Details
    1. For product delivery within the Kingdom of Cambodia, our logistic partner is KH Express. To check on delivery rates and locations, you may visit kh-express.com for more information.

    1. SOHO Mall guarantees that all products we sell are 100% genuine and non-counterfeit of their respective brands.
    2. On delivery, we warrant the products must be of acceptable quality when you receive them. If products arrived damaged, you must notify us to request for a refund or exchange immediately. Our Hotline Number is 023 986 201.

    1. Cancellation of any orders can only be done before you checkout.
